Processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles taxes and refunds for all Netmonth orders.
The person who places the subscription order through their Netmonth account. The account details and the billing details entered at checkout are deemed correct.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Netmonth Premium digital subscription ordered by the Buyer at netmonth.com. For consumers in Türkiye, it is made in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; for consumers elsewhere, the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence also apply.
3. Service details and price

4. Ordering and payment
- The order is placed when the Buyer completes and confirms the checkout form.
- Payments are made through Paddle by card or other methods offered at checkout. Card details are processed by Paddle and are never stored on the Seller's servers.
- For monthly plans the price is charged every month; for yearly plans it is charged once at the start of each year.
- By completing the order, the Buyer expressly agrees to recurring payments until the subscription is canceled.
- The price charged is the price shown at the moment the order is confirmed. Price changes apply only from the next renewal and are announced in advance.
5. Delivery
The service is digital and is assigned to the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery. See the Delivery & Service Terms.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The Buyer may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason. This 14-day money-back guarantee also covers the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, including in Türkiye, the EU and the UK. The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. When the payment is processed by Paddle, Paddle's refund policy also applies.
7. Obligations of the parties
- The Seller provides the service as described, with reasonable care, and informs the Buyer in advance about material changes.
- The Buyer provides correct information, keeps their account secure and uses the service in line with the Terms of Service.
8. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced each year. Consumers elsewhere may also use the courts and authorities of their country of residence.
9. Acceptance
By ticking the confirmation box at checkout, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in full, together with the Terms of Service and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. The agreement can be viewed at any time at this address.
