Track money across countries, banks and currencies
Keep accounts at home and abroad? Netmonth reads statements from any bank in any language and shows everything in one main currency.
Accounts in several countries
Expats often keep an account back home for old commitments and open a new one where they live. Netmonth doesn't depend on bank connections that only work in certain countries. Any bank that lets you download a statement works, whether it's in the US, Germany, Spain, Türkiye or elsewhere.
- Any bank in any country
- PDF, CSV, Excel, OFX, CAMT.053, MT940 and more
- No bank login needed
Statements in other languages
Your new bank's statement might be in German or Spanish. Netmonth detects CSV and Excel columns with headers in many languages, and its AI reads PDF statements regardless of language. Categories are shown in your own language, so a supermarket in Madrid and one in Ohio both land in the same category.
One main currency, daily exchange rates
Pick the currency you think in as your main currency. Transactions from other currencies are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of each transaction's date, covering more than 30 major currencies. You can set a manual rate when needed, and if no rate exists, the transaction stays in its original currency with a notice.
- ECB rate of each transaction's date
- 30+ major currencies
- Manual rates when needed
Moving again? Switch currency
If you move to another country, change your main currency and let Netmonth convert your existing transactions, so your history stays comparable. Use the app in English, German, Spanish or Turkish, with number and date formats that match your choice. The dashboard then shows one consistent picture, wherever you live next.
- Change main currency anytime
- Convert existing transactions
- English, German, Spanish, Turkish
